Description

All harmful fumes, vapours, and agents which can occur during mixing an acrylic resin or flasking in a dental laboratory are eliminated with the adequate carbon filter system and powerful suction of the AC-105. The technician’s health is kept as our main goal so we provide a closed cabin and a suitable A304 Cr/Ni stainless steel worktop. This unit comes in different dimensions and is, therefore, an appealing factor for small or large laboratories.

Technical Details:

  • INOX “A304 Cr/Ni” stainless steel working surface on 1,20mm strong main body
  • Phosphate coated base before further powder paint coating
  • The internal cabin wiring is grounded, with 3 x 1,5 mm2 diameter SIHO-S5
  • (-60 °C / + 250 °C) cable and heat resistant
  • Suitable sockets within the cabin
  • Internal lighting system
  • 5-level, polypropylene encased, compressed air driven vacuum engines with 1100 m3/h suction power are allocated and placed according to the size of the cabin
  • The cabin is operated via the digital screen on the front panel by which a full control and observation of all essential functions such as working time, inner and outer heat development data, sution power, and all warnings, are possible
  • Changeable fume hood filter cassettes according to ENVIROCARB Carbon Filter standards
  • Parallel lift-up suitable plexy glass lid
  • Complete storage drawer tile on the lower half for operating in sitting position
